- Clinix App Design for a Sexual Health Clinic FinderI have designed an app that would allow users to find their nearest sexual health clinic filtered to the user's specific requirements. I wanted to design to reflect the change in public attitudes towards sex and sexual health. Products around the subject no longer have to be highly sexualised or overly clinical, sex and sexual health warrants well considered design that feels contemporary.
- Brutal Theatre PublicationI have designed a publication on Brutalism and the National Theatre. The publication explores Brutalism's contemporary revival, and how perhaps thanks social media platforms such as instagram, brutalist structures are now valued more their form than function. I abstracted photographs taken of the theatre to explore the aesthetic of brutalism, and how the style is immediately recognisable. All images are my own.

My role responsibilities included processing overtime and additional hours forms, adding staff contracts onto the internal system, checking new starters' right to work documents, setting up new starters on an internal system, checking DBS documents and organising the reapplication process for members of staff, raising jobs, scheduling interviews and compiling interview packs for the interview panel, shortlisting vacancy applicants, and monitoring the vacancies and staffing inboxes. I was brought in as an extra pair of hands to the the team so my duties each day could vary depending on where I was most needed, I had to juggle more immediate tasks alongside on-going longer term projects and duties. This was contractual employment provided by an agency.

For this role I primarily provided PA support to the director of Academic Enterprise and administrative back-up for the day to day work of the Director of Knowledge Exchange and the Associate Director. I supported the Director of Academic Enterprise’s day to day work by managing her diary; coordinating travel arrangements; scheduling and minuting meetings; completing expense claims and supporting her with other matters as they arose I oversaw the co-ordination of cross-department marketing and communication initiatives by managing the business enquiries inbox and being the first point of contact for external enquiries to the UAL Business & Innovation departments. I carried out the administrative work for various AE business units as required and co-ordinated the office management of the AE offices including liaising with estates staff, managing the meeting room bookings and ordering office supplies. This was contractual employment provided by an agency.
