I am friendly, diligent, and I have the unique capability of simultaneously being a teacher, artist and student. My organization and time management skills acquired from years-worth of experience in the retail, creative and educator sector mean that I am always meeting deadlines, maintaining faultless attendance. This includes my commitment to a part-time job as a Sales Advisor for almost three years. For over six years, I have also remained committed to working with young students at various schools, exemplifying my sustained engagement within the education sector. I have recently begun supporting students’ creativity at multiple creative summer camps. Having studied Fine Art, History and English Literature at A-Level, alongside producing an EPQ critiquing the current state of the contemporary art world, I have gained greater knowledge in the collaborative arts. Additionally, I am ambitious when it comes to my own creative output. I have demonstrated this passion through curating and exhibiting my works at numerous physical and virtual exhibitions and taking part in various art courses. Furthermore, I express vital interest in giving something back to local communities. This is exemplified by raising money for my local charity LinkAble with my NCS team in 2016 and also by becoming involved in Leeds’ electoral poll as a Ballot Counting Assistant. My enjoyment of voluntary community-based projects is also evident through my work as a design intern for MYO Global, a care-giving app connecting caregivers, patients, and families. In terms of my own creative direction, I am currently a Finalist of DegreeArt’s Signature Art Prize, making it to the top 6 within my category, deliberated from over 500 entries from 45 universities in 16 countries.
