As Content Editor at Partners Andrews Aldridge I create engaging editorial content for people, not products. I write digital content for brands such as E.ON, Apple and Costa, putting the customer at the heart of everything I do, whether that's blogs, emails, articles or websites.
I write content for voice and chatbots, working closely with User Experience and Design. I'm responsible for creating and maintaining editorial calendars, conducting content audits and developing tone of voice guidelines. I also work with my team of five to come up with creative content campaign ideas.

As part of my role at Santorus, a new fashion and interiors brand, I was responsible for the marketing, PR and administration. I single-handedly created the company tone of voice, writing and designing regular press releases, press packs and newsletters. I launched and managed the company's social media across a number of platforms, creating original written and visual content whilst generating new business leads.
Using my proficient skills in Microsoft Excel I managed a PR contact database, approaching influencers and potential buyers. I was selected to represent the company at interior trade shows, speaking to prospective clients and promoting sales.
