    Supporting a busy strategy team, I coordinate a broad cross-section of projects for major media and tech clients including Google, Facebook, Spotify, Global Radio, NBCUniversal and the BBC. – Owning, managing and updating numerous Excel spreadsheets tracking project progress. – Responding to emails on all project-related matters, fielding those that are not a priority and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders. – Completing desk research, compiling data and formulating market insights. – Assisting with report editing, and creating exhibits and slides for presentations. – Producing industry focused written pieces for weekly mailer and website – Managing the diaries of senior members of the team, scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and booking travel arrangements on an ad-hoc basis. – Organising and managing from end-to-end industry events and seminars hosted by the team. This involves liaising with stakeholders and venues, managing the invitation process and tracking event numbers. – Managing an internal CRM system, ensuring all contact information is up to date. – Performing various note-taking tasks including taking minutes in meetings and interviews and writing transcripts. – Assist with marketing activities including social media posts and mailouts – Main point of contact for company charity activities
