In my role as Design Manager & Head of Props for TMOT I work flexibly across a wide range of tasks responding to the needs of a fast-paced startup business. Some of my key responsibilities include;
-Management of the prop department and freelance staff including designing, scheduling, budgeting and logistics for all department projects
-Stock generation & management for our ecommerce branch & packaging design for retail products
-Assisting with order fulfilment
-Record keeping & liaising with other departments to successfully fulfil project brief within deadlines
-Design and make interactive props to enhance the customer experience.
