  • • Planning and managing all internal events within the 4 main offices in London – with attendees of up to 300 per day. • Conducting all aspects of the event inclusive of; planning, managing and operations, demontrating organisational skills and attention to detail.Organising a variety of events including: conferences, socials, networking events, all-hands, dinners, and external events. • Managing all logistics to ensure a high standard event for clients, e.g. securing event spaces, AV and catering support, security and building management.

  • • Managed 45 events within first 12 months in the role. • Responded and pro-actively followed up all enquiries quickly and efficiently to achieve the highest possible conversion rates of on average 1 in 3. • Directed all marketing throughout London: writing copy, contacting different websites/ magazines and proactively negotiating prices for the use of space. • Managed events from conception, to planning, to development and delivery, including the delivery of a very high profile event in Jewel Tower for Teresa May. • Adhered successfully to clients budgets as provided, all while delivery exemplary events and providing the highest customer service possible. • Exceeded the annual targets within 6 months into the year of 2015-2016, made 110% of the following year’s targets. • Oversaw and monitored the event suppliers, ensuring license conditions were met. • Collaborated on the tendering process of new suppliers.

  • • Involved in all marketing for Lettice and ensuring they were competitively marketing the business in comparison to similar caterers through utilizing our USP. • Supervised an external company in the marketing strategy of Lettice through use of our website and quoting system. • Liaised with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements, including: venue sourcing, negotiation on prices, planning of the event, managing operations in person. • Produced detailed proposals for events (i.e. timelines, staffing, budgets, upselling) • Attended networking events on behalf of Lettice, successfully gaining clients. • Managed new business and all medium scale events.
