About me
I believe we all have the potential to use our voice for change and empower those around us to do the same. I especially love to curate events and content and find ways to weave the online with offline. I can help tell your story effectively through Social Media, Content and Creative writing, all in a collaborative and open way. My experience is varied, but that's what makes me versatile, resourceful and happy to get immersed in something new. Key Skills - Content creation, Creative Writing, Product photography, Digital strategy, Analytics, Community management
Projects
  • Breaking Barriers
Breaking BarriersOne of the leading charities supporting refugees into meaningful training and employment. I created a Social Media strategy to create consistency amongst each channel and created content to provide value and engage with the community online. I also planned and executed a campaign for Refugee Week ensuring the profile of Breaking Barriers was raised and seen as an integral part of the change.
  • Haizhen Wang - SS14
Haizhen Wang - SS14I was responsible for the smooth running of all activities on show day and involved with all preparations before the show. This included Press management, Casting, Invites and Backstage and Front of House management. I was also the main point of contact for all show enquiries as well as any VIP requests. This is by far the most stressful but most satisfying achievement - seeing all the hard work coming together was all worth it.
  • The Quarterly - First Print magazine by The Creative Book
The Quarterly - First Print magazine by The Creative BookTo promote the newly revamped site and its great services for creatives to meet and businesses sourcing creative people for projects. To take its large U.K following global to create an international platform to source the many creatives in its industry whilst keeping a high standard of talent. As Co Editor of the very first print publication 'The Quarterly', it was a big project to bring together a team of photographers, makeup artists and stylist to create content purely for their love of it.

Control Change is a place to discover brands that consider good design as well as responsibility, both ethics and aesthetics. I launched the idea as a week-long pop up store inside Old Street station, bringing together 20+ brands to share their story and impact. Together we proved that we can control the change we make by where we spend our money, and responsible products can also look good. With the success of the pop up, we continue to run thoughtfully curated events showcasing change-making businesses and encouraging conversation. www.ctrlchange.co
