About me
I am passionate about designing successful solutions which have a positive impact to people and planet, and that deliver at a business level. That passion comes from a deep belief that if we can get those relationships to work together, people, planet and business, that we can really deliver on experiences, products and brands that are truly part of sustainable growth.

I had a variety of roles during my time with DCC and CCW was my last. My employment involved extensive experience of carrying out holistic, person centred assessments of users so I could design and implement effective care and support packages for individuals with Physical, Mental Health and/or Learning disabilities. Ensuring financial viability under strict financial guidelines and FACS eligibility. This included On Duty emergency work and it was achieved in collaboration with Healthcare and Social Care partners such as Continuing Health Care Panels, Ocupational Therapists, Charities, GPs, etc, but most importantly the users themselves. I was also always keen to be involved and part of new service developments and reviews.
