About me
I have 20 years’ experience in the print industry as a Graphic Designer and Studio Manager.
My main role at Pepper Communications was to lead the design team and to make sure that mine and the other designers’ work was completed on time and to a high standard. I would have face to face meetings with clients and discuss their needs before coming up with a design brief. Some clients had a strict brand guideline which I would follow closely, making sure I used the correct pantone colours, fonts and spacing. I would develop two or three design concepts and present them to the client to make a decision on the design they liked. This design then would be developed further and content added. I am a good communicator and I believe that listening to the customer and building a good relationship with them is the key to producing a good design that the customer is happy with. I have excellent time management skills and am used to juggling several projects at one time and always hitting the deadlines.
I have created various types of work over the years from catalogues, leaflets, logos, pull-up banners, Facebook adverts and website graphics. I have used my photography skills to shoot products for customers and have also created videos. All of these different media types means I am extremely well versed in the latest Adobe CC suite especially in InDesign and Photoshop. I’m also a very quick learner and in the past have taught myself how to use new software and then pass this knowledge onto my colleagues.
I am a team player through and through. I will always offer help to colleagues who may be falling behind on a deadline and have often burnt the midnight oil to get a job finished on time. I have wonderful working relationships with my colleagues and believe that a fun and relaxed working environment is conductive to producing creative content.

• Respond to calls and requests from the public to assist at incidents

• Conduct initial investigations, gather evidence, take statements and comply with relevant legal requirements
• Interview suspects, victims and witnesses in accordance with relevant legislation
• Conduct arrests with due regard for the human rights, security and health and safety of detained individuals, members of the public, colleagues and self
• Prepare crime reports and present case files to senior officers and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)
• Attend and give evidence in court and at other hearings
• Complete administrative procedures
• Submit internal crime reports and criminal intelligence reports
• Investigate and take action on information received from members of the public
• Take direction on specific duties from senior colleagues
• Attend road-related incidents including collision scenes and traffic offences
• Enforce road traffic legislation and issue fixed penalties for relevant offences
