My enclosed resume details my previous background. With a background in Fine Arts with specialisation in Sculpture, Art Installations and Scenography, I was accepted in both ‘Sculpture’ and ‘Design Products’ MA courses at the Royal College of Art and chose the latter, to study under Ron Arad and Jurgen Bey among others. My experience in Art and Design and my obsession with Fashion and Trends has allowed me develop an eclectic approach and a wide understanding across a broad range of creative disciplines. My talent in drawing and hand sketching in combination with a variety of computing skills and the deep knowledge of materials, construction techniques and finishing processes, afforded me with the ability to transform my thoughts into a functional design vocabulary, provide practical solutions and effectively follow all the stages of the development phase. Imaginative concepts, cutting edge ideas, original thinking and thorough research are among my main attributes. I am extremely capable of generating and expanding ideas for projects that can be from purely conceptual to commercial and I am able to produce accurate 2D/3D presentation visuals that clearly communicate these values. Having an innate flair for understanding of the brand look and feel, I have excellent sensing in forecasting the latest fashion, design and market trends and I am able to evolve designs and retail experiences accordingly. My passion lies in producing fresh, inspiring and high quality work and I am consistently focused on detail, striving for excellence in every object I design. Being extremely organising, I am able to manage a variety of tasks and I am keen to work hard, able to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines in fast paced environments.
