My focus is on running projects successfully from requirements gathering to delivery, with a keen interest in Agile project management methodologies and their continuous improvement.
I have experience delivering medium-to-large scale digital projects. I believe in defining smart processes as a way towards increased efficiency. I strive to approach every task as intelligently and effectively as possible.

In my latest role, I’ve been managing a range of mid-to-large weight projects (up to 150k budget), leading the Production Team (Designers, Developers, QA Team) to project completion. Ensuring delivery to stakeholders satisfaction whilst maintaining focus on following internal processes. Documenting said procedures and on-boarding our clients to them to increase efficiency throughout the development cycles (Scoping and Production).
Following projects from inception to delivery (full builds/migrations) as well as taking on projects on a consultancy/support retainer basis (feature development and bug fixing).

I began by helping with the coordination of various projects under the Head of Delivery’s mentorship, mainly doing project data analysis and reporting.
I have been independently delivering small-to-medium range digital commerce projects since the beginning of 2018, for the likes of Paperchase, Latest in Beauty and others simultaneously. Daily tasks ranging from leading stand-up calls to project/resource planning and administration to client management.
