About me
After getting my Master degree in 2011, I have decided that the first step to build my working experience will be as a Procurement Buyer at P&G; stating in a multinational company was a plus because I got familiar with the idea of processes, procedures, SLAs, organisational culture, values, etc. Soon enough I have decided to take over another role at Accenture, another important multinational company, in a different department, HR. Therefore, I become an HR Administrator, a job that implied being daily in contact with Unilever Spanish employees. This was a great opportunity to build strong customer service skills, to learn how to deal with difficult and sensitive situations and always offer solutions for any request or answers for any question. The most important change was when I have become an Account Manager for EveryMatrix. The new position in a company offering software solutions to the iGaming industry was an important change of perspective, a total different approach towards clients; after all it was a switch from a B2C company to a B2B one. One year and a half after I become the Team Leader of the Account Management team and that was indeed a challenge as it was my first managerial role; I am still learning every day. Each role offered me the possibility to develop new skills or to polish the existing ones; each beginning was thrilling and I enjoyed each new responsibility as it offered me the context to grow. This was also possible because of the great people I worked with, people who believed in me, believed in my work, in the difference that I will make if they chose me. All these experiences got me to reach today’s level of rapidly and wisely making business decisions, of handling multiple and diverse tasks, of leading a team towards its goals; I kept the will to learn more and become better, knowing that each new career step and each new project I will be part of will help me build a strong professional background

    The AM job offered the opportunity to directly interact with the clients of the company daily via e-mail, Skype, calls and face-to-face meetings. • As Head of AM team, I get to know all the clients the company has, interact with them and get to know their business and try to find better ways to improve the relationship between them and our company. • I am still in contact with all the teams, as in this company the AM job is one key role; I now interact in order to make business decisions together with technical teams (developers), Financial team, Compliance, Legal, Incident team. • My role now is to coordinate the communication process inside the company and with our clients. • One of my goals and main task is to have a very well prepared, informed team who knows how to interact professionally with our clients – so I am constantly interested to have them trained, be part of meetings new projects are presented, get the reports on their weekly activity • I am also part of the decision-making meetings (both business and technical ones) to present to other Team Leads how our decisions, changes and activity as a company impact our clients’ business, revenues, growth or loses • As Team Lead of the Account Management I am interested in coming up with plans to improve our clients’ satisfaction with the AMs services – therefore I am in contact with our clients and get their opinions on the level of knowledge, help, business advise their assigned AM brings to them. • I recruit the AMs for my team when necessary, prepare and organise their training sessions • As TL of the AM team I deliver product/platform training for the new joiners and, if and when needed, for new clients

    • The main challenge was to clearly understand your clients’ requests to create the tasks for the internal technical teams (developers, web designers, etc). • I had to be in permanent contact with all the internal teams of the company, from the Support Teams to the developers, financial teams, Compliance, Legal, Design, Incident teams. • As an Account Manager, the job is to keep your clients satisfied with the products they bought, offer them the training on those products, support after the going live and business advise along the development of their own brands. • I had to analyse our clients’ revenues and costs monthly and to proactively offer them feedback on their evolution • One of the daily task was to follow up on open tasks, get internal feedback/estimation and go back to the client and inform about the status • Another part of the job was to actively present to the clients our company’s products, the new features we are working on, etc • I delivered abroad products training for the new clients assigned to me;
