I am a visual storyteller with an acute need to touch, smell and curate what my senses command.
Shifting between pen and brush to unearth my reality in words and images.
Expressing the inalienable freedom to one's own move body and mind is the primary driver of my art and creative ideas.
The act of creating, for me, is an experience in listening and obliging to the truths of one's reality.
With such strong visual urges, it would seem paradoxical to have the ability to express my creative impulses as a consummate professional, however I take pride in this contrasting personality trait.
Sociopolitical elements are present in all of my creative projects, with an educated understanding of postmodern issues leading to the challenges of current times.
For me, the purpose of art is not purely selfish, but rather a way to reaffirm the power of creativity in the world at large.
