I have explored the context of e-marketing and understood target as its main element. I build and developed a successful website, experimented with virtual Communities, learn Traffic Generation techniques and studied e-marketing channels. The course gave me deep training on Information management and processes, Product and Service planning and development and Internet Communication planning. I would highlight the units about Relational internet marketing planning and Project Development, as these are key steps to a successful brand communications strategy.
The first unit of the course focused on leadership techniques, organising and developing teamwork and creating strategies to improve performance. I learnt how to delegate and manage time effectively. The second unit of the course started with the question "what is talent?" and explored the dimensions of talent and talent management tools. The goal of talent management is attracting, developing and keeping talented people and I believe the skills acquired help me to work better with both personal brands and teams.
Cambridge ESOL Teaching Certificate.
The goal of a brand strategy is to enhance the image of an individual, an environment, a collective or a product by tailoring every aspect of the presence, behaviours and activities. Personal branding development includes the application of cosmetic techniques, hairdressing, protocol, wardrobe and verbal and physical expression. Corporate brands are shaped through visual identity and presence. Also, I could explore how the right balance of administration, management and marketing activities can help a business succeed. I learnt how to integrate branding activities into multidisciplinary teams, optimising the development of a business.
