My role evolved over time culminating in Head of Account Management. I took the lead on many annual retainer accounts and having the responsibility for the Account Management team to help deliver the operational running of client accounts, managing the month end and forward forecasting of all jobs ensuring that processes were maintained. I successfully mentored junior colleagues and account executives.
Initially upon joining CompletelyCreative there was an immediate need for a Studio Manager where I had the responsibility of running projects through the studio, resourcing and increasing the efficiency of client and in-house jobs to introducing processes, helping to structure and grow the business.
