Coordinator of Extra Curricular Activities
In coordination with school officials, choose the activities to be offered for the school year.
Recruit and orient the coaches of the different activities.
Assist the coaches in their needs for the fulfilment of their activities.
Secure the necessary equipment and materials in coordination with purchasing officer within approved budgets.
Communicate with all those involved schools, coaches, students & parents. Email parents, update bulletin boards, letters, websites, social media.
?Set up a system of enrolment, payment and attendance. (Excel)
?Coordinate and organize showcases in within the school year.
?Monitor the students’ discipline and good behaviour during the activities.
