About me

Hello World! I first started working when I was 15 years old in an antique store as a saleswoman. I discovered here that I liked a well-provided customer service, one that is pro-customer. Later I did the course in Graphic Design that changed my life, I started working as a freelancing graphic designer at 18 and soon discovered design is my passion, so I studied Industrial Design and Engineering. I believe good design has the potential of changing human behaviour from the users themselves and it is a goal for me to achieve this with everything I design. I appreciate companies who prioritise their customers and make them feel enclosed in the buying experience. I am very interested in new tendencies and shopping experiences that take the user into account. In terms of working, I am very motivated to work and keep myself busy. I like to work in groups and learning from other's experience. I feel a strong commitment to what I say I will do and this has helped me completing tasks ahead of time in every job I have done.

I spent three months working in different departments and conducting different tasks. In the customer service department, I learnt to handle ZÜND cutting tables and to fulfil orders made from customers, as well as performing machine demonstrations. In the marketing and communication department, I mainly assisted in the shooting of products for marketing purposes and collaborated to adapt, 3D models for the machine user manual. In the R&D department, I designed a new solution for an upcoming machine and re-designed the user’s interface to work alongside this new solution.
