I am passionate about creating positive, meaningful organisational change for both employer and employee. I am diligent, highly organised, proactive, analytical, a quick learner and an excellent communicator. I have experience in psychological research, data analysis, report writing, stakeholder management and customer care relations. Underpinned by my psychology degree and first-hand commercial experience, I know employee wellbeing and satisfaction are integral to both individual and organisational success. I am currently working as People Team Coordinator supporting projects on D&I, recruiting, training, employee health and wellbeing and change management developments within ME+EM.
