• Using foresight and initiative to generate supply and meet the market demand as well as re-engaging inactive homeowners; resulting in the company’s highest ever NPS score during a peak season and increasing my portfolio’s gross transaction value by 70% in 12 months.
• Resolving often sensitive, high pressure situations, moving swiftly to negotiate and problem-solve and consequently co-ordinate teams across the business to find solutions.
• Acting as an ambassador for onefinestay: onboarding new accounts, meeting new homeowners in their homes and supervising the registration process from initial meeting to live listing.
