Two years based in Talalla, Sri Lanka, building and managing the social media marketing strategy and content for Australian-owned surf and lifestyle clothing brand which operated alongside a local surf school/retreat visited by international customers. This role involved closely liaising with the owners, customers, visitors, suppliers and the local community, to align the company's goals to customer/market demand. During this time I also oversaw and provided creative direction to the project teams involved in the wider marketing function.
