About me
I am a friendly and charismatic person who confidently works well as part of a team and as an individual. Having worked in a customer service role at both a part-time and full-time capacity for over four years, I am used to the efficiency and attention to detail required in this field whilst recognising the need to provide a personalised and welcoming experience. I am currently in my third and final year of studying for an undergraduate degree in Drama and Theatre at the University of Kent and am a prominent member of T24 Drama Society. My involvement in acting has enhanced my skills in communication, flexibility and improvisation, which I believe are all beneficial for roles in a multitude of different sectors.

I am currently working in the Waitrose café, but have worked in almost every section of the store with the most prominent being the customer service desk. I have often been praised for my outstanding ability to provide an elevated level of customer service, including resolving customer queries and/or complaints to a successful outcome with a smile, whether it be 7am or 9pm. I work part-time for Waitrose whilst studying, but have been a full-time partner during school and university holidays and my gap year in 2016. I began at the Cobham branch and transferred to Canterbury in May 2018.
