Assisting the company CEO on visits to the UK office, managing the diary, rolling calls and all other Adhoc tasks.
Assisting Executives and Senior Agents on visits to the UK office in the Music, TV, and Talent Departments.
Providing holiday cover for Agent’s Assistants in the Commercial, Digital, Music and TV Departments.
Wrote the weekly TV report, including information on all new upcoming TV shows and Green light projects.
Responsible for meeting room bookings.
Point of contact for all general telephone enquires and guests entering the office.
Ensuring the entire office was fully stocked on stationary to all staff’s requirements.
Team support - running errands, booking courtiers and travel and any adhoc office tasks as required.
