Running the art department. Sourcing, hiring and being responsible for all artworkers, freelancers and outsourced agencies. Bi-annual menu redesign and artworking of 50 different versions per run In charge of production of all point of sale materials across 40 sites (flyers/posters/emailers). Art direction for all food photography. Responsible for all printed internal communications Input in interior design for new sites. Overseeing web design Designing all packaging, cutomer t-shirts and staff uniforms. Maintaining brand consistency across the company. Control over company’s brand guidelines.
