    • Reception duties which include but are not limited to check in guests, show them the apartments and how to use appliances, assist with luggage and any enquire that they might have. Also filling reports, updating bookings, creating new bookings, allocating apartments, checking apartment cleanliness when housekeeping manager is off, acting as a concierge. / Rezlynx system. Tasks delegated: Organizing events for guest’s entertainment (monthly) together with the Assistant Apartment Manager. Uploading receipts to system and submit them every end of month. Taking dealership of reception and training new starters. Arrange presents for staff and long staying guests, following up birthdays and special occasions. Recently accepted to become Training Champion for SACO.
