I have eight years experience in artist management/ representation, photographic production, (editorial, commercial, and e-commerce), studio management, studio promotion and post production management.
Working closely alongside the photographic production team to manage all post production on imagery (campaign, press, editorial and web). I worked hand in hand with the photographic production team making sure our diaries were in sync and all shots required were selected, edited and retouched to ensure hitting print and product launch deadlines. I was also the direct contact with the photographers, retouch houses and freelance retouchers.

• Running the Retouching Studio and managing the Retouchers both full time and freelancers • Quality control of all retouching output, by signing off work before it is released to the client. • Running the retouching projects within budget and informing the sales department of any over runs • Dealing directly with clients on matters of retouching and artistic direction. • Training and developing the skills of all retouchers. • Technical trouble shooting as and when problems arise. • Keeping the studio in a clean and tidy manner. • Archiving work on a long term bases and backing up on a daily bases. • Negotiating freelancer rates • Organising the work ?ow and helping to implement new work processes •Communicating with clients, preparing contracts and all relevant documentation for invoicing and weekly reports.
Producing both creative and volume photography/video for a variety of major retailers (Present clients include Lipsy, Myla, Ted Baker, Maison Blanc, Duchamp amongst others). I lead and direct our in house shoot teams and post production department on a daily basis and offer one on one support to the clients throughout there time with the company. Within my role at Hungry Tiger I have been responsible for taking on a number of our new clients, working with the brand and the HT team in the earliest stages to set up manageable work ?ows, define the shoot process and develop the brands e-commerce presence by facilitating new direction/briefs and increases in volumes. I saw shoots through from the very preliminary stages (booking in dates, making sure the resource is available and matching the correct teams in accordance with the brand/ shoot specifications), oversee the shoot and manage the post production process. I work in a fast paced environment and am skilled at managing multiple projects at any one time, whilst ensuring the briefs are adhered to and the results delivered within the deadline and to the highest standard. Due to managing the accounts for such a variety of different brands I have experience in fast turnaround, high volume photography, creative stills and model shoots through to location shoots as well as 360 imagery and video. Worked with 1st Option in the initial stages of setting up their style section, developing strategies for existing artists and sourcing new talent to expand the roster, I also worked alongside the location team with bookings for clients in the stills, film and event sector. I demonstrated a ?air for understanding and interpreting client briefs and gained good working knowledge of location's for stills and film.
I started at ERA in 2008 as a junior booker, focusing mainly on the style section. I progressed to the role of senior booker. In this role I expanded the roster by bringing in new clients both editorial, and commercial, took on new talent and developed the careers of the artists already represented. I managed the day-to-day diaries for ten freelancers, attended appointments with clients and prospective clients on behalf of the company and represented the artists on my roster in all fields. I dealt with all aspects of each individual booking from the initial quote, through to final invoicing and maintaining strong relationships with both artists and clients. In addition to my main duties, I also assisted on productions at Era Management for photographic shoots outside of the UK. I gained experience in coordinating teams, shooting on location in Morocco, Cape Town and Arizona for UK editorials. I provided support and research back up to the lead producer. I was involved in the development of the company blog and marketing emails. In addition I researched social media based ways of communicating to clients, publicising the individual artist and the company as a whole.
