This experience in customer service and working in a large global company, has provided me with the skills and knowledge required to understand and assist in the delivery of customer requirements whilst maintaining business objectives, both commercially and operationally. - Organising and accompanying guests on excursions e.g. organising and transporting up to 55 guests to Valencia football stadium and booking luxury yachts in Mallorca.
- Processing payments and tickets
- Completing relevant paperwork including risk assesments and injury forms
- Selling excursions and ensuring I met sales targets
- On duty at airports to be on hand to answer any questions the guests may have or any issues that may arise
- Dealing with a range of problems, having to think on my feet whilst providing top level customer service
