I was at WUGS - Retouching Team until the role became redundant.
My responsibilities included:
▪️Managed multiple client accounts and virtually checked in with them regularly to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, budgets, etc.
▪️Signed off NDAs, SLAs etc., when required by clients on behalf of WUGS
▪️Identified and assigned project tasks based on the skill sets, experience, and strengths of the retouchers
▪️Monitored project performance to ensure timely delivery
▪️Reported project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels as needed (escalated issues as necessary based on project work plans)
▪️Further developed excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills and liaised effectively with all project stakeholders
▪️Managed recruitment for WUGS; job postings, conducted interviews, and filtered candidates for open positions
▪️Regularly liaised with freelance retouchers during busy periods; sent them assets, monitored their performance, kept them updated on client amendments, etc.
▪️Selected, tested and implemented a CRM, as well as cleansed and amended the data as required
