• Preparation and initial drafting of legal deal contracts
• Managing rights availability – data entry & management and analysis (using ‘Comet’ system)
• Various industry research projects – compiling information on current industry trends and relevant film and TV productions
• Sales and distribution preparation for major film and TV markets, including MIPCOM and Cannes Film Festival. Including diary management, initial liaising globally with clients and travel preparation.
• Personal assistant duties, including booking flights, cars and meetings – all to budgets and avoiding clashes.
