University with a 2:1 in English Literature. Currently working at One77 Mortgages in Chippenham and actively seeking new job roles that are challenging and offer versatility as well as good career progression.
Having proven myself in a completely new environment in financial services, I’ve found myself to be capable in a high pressure and stressful environment and am looking to branch out into a new environment.

I help manage clients applications from
the start of an application up until completion. I have to manage a CRM system to keep track of the case and co-operate with clients, lenders, developers and other brokers within the company to ensure that deadlines are met and that standards of customer service are kept at a high level. In addition to managing cases, I also sell general insurance to the client and have to integrate this process into my managing role.
