About me
I first started animating when I was 12, using Flash. Since then I have continued in my spare time and tailored my education and work to include as much animation work as possible. At university I took a BA in Illustration and animation and went on to freelance. After this I took a permanent role as an animator and worked with some large international clients. In 2015 I started my own business with two colleagues, focusing more on narrative, character based animations for marketing and adverts. In 2017 I joined UNiDAYS as a multimedia designer and became part of a bigger team, giving me more opportunity to work on larger scale campaigns and collaborate with other creatives and a new set of clients. Now my goal is to purely focus on animation and work to my full capabilities, whether that be high level motion design or character based, and use my experience to move into a more senior role.

As a multimedia designer at UNiDAYS I created animation and video content for the company and its partners in the UK, USA and Australia, including Apple, Nike, PINK and Samsung. This has involved working in the ideation phase all the way through delivery of a multi-level campaign, working as an art director and editor on video shoots, and developing motion within the company's brand and sub brands. I also took the lead in a tight knit animation team, directing creatives and overseeing internal improvements to increase efficiency and work quality. Achievements include creating the animated content and supporting work for a promotional game that had over 1 million interactions on site (33% of all interactions), and producing the animation for an Easter campaign competition, which was projected to receive 1000 - 3000 entries a day, gaining a total of 74,615 entries.
