I am a career customer service, hospitality, events and marketing obsessive, a fastidious communicator and a confident team player who's passionate about how brands and people connect.
From brand management, copy writing and press releases, SEO to social media management, consultancy and more, I’m a flexible and outgoing marketer who values, above all, an approachable, community first ethic to communications.
I also lean on my decade long career in hospitality and events in the F&B, FMCG and Experiential markets when considering comms decision making, customer service, narrative and follow through. I worked closely with senior management, external clients and digital stakeholders as the companies’ Marketing Manager, guaranteeing a competitive and accessible local recruitment solution for some of our counties' most established companies, and I am the sole focal point of creative, social, direct marketing and PPC for One Step.
I'm confident across both print and digital channels, and am a hard working collaborator across all arms of the business, ensuring clean lines of communications to clients and fully informed and passionates sales collatoral and product to recruiters, resourcers and business development team members.
I'm also proud of the work One Step Recruitment has done in local schools and colleges, where, through the One Step Foundation, I have worked with local educators and charties to help prepare, encourage and train the next generation in work and employment skills.
My responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
Curating and managing our entire job advertisement output, including copy writing, database management, job board management, strategy and budgeting,
Negotiating sponsorships, third-party press, campaign spends, online ad writing and output,
Management of all internal comms regarding company movements across the employment markets,
Liaising with external stakeholders, press, website support and more,
Social Media management – creating campaigns, designing and scheduling of all social content,
Management of the companies “Foundation” – a charitable arm that does work with young people providing CV and interview advice, preparation with joining the work force and upskilling through encouraging temporary and seasonal work to build confidence.
