Director & Photographer currently based in London, specialising in Fashion Editorial and Advertising.
Bio:
Jacob gained a passion for photography at the age of 16 when he bought his first 35mm SLR camera and documented the club scene in Brighton 1997-2004. He later located to London to study advertising and refine his photographic technique. Jacob moved to Tokyo in 2007 where he assisted on advertising and fashion projects for the likes of Vogue, Numero, Nike, Converse etc. Since 2010 he has been working freelance and quickly gained status in Tokyo with domestic clients whilst also being a ‘Tokyo contact’ for US and EU based magazines.
Jacob is currently based in London.

- Chicano - Documentary - DazedChicano is an exploration between the similarities and differences between Chicano culture in America and Japan, and how the scene is not all about gang culture, but has a deep-seated root in family values. Shot and directed by myself and Louis Ellison in Tokyo and Osaka in 2016.
