About me
Ambidextrous creative filmmaker who’s previous works include the award-winning ‘The Guardians of Pachamama’, a documentary in the Amazon Rainforest which Jacob and his team raised nearly $10,000 to produce, with Jacob directing, narrating and editing the project.
His new upcoming documentary ‘Concrete Summer’, in which the illegal sport of fixed-gear bicycle racing provides the backdrop for a surprisingly tender story of brotherhood and chasing your passions, has already entered the awards circuit hot with 3 award nominations in it’s first month.
Jacob has also created work for Marriott Hotels, The Imperial War Museum, Heartspace, and Companio Bakery amongst other clients, showcasing their products and driving in customers. This ranged from regular videography through to animation and immersive experiences.

- Concrete Summer Trailer (2025)The illegal sport of alleycat racing, made up of daredevil athletes riding fixed-gear bikes without brakes through major cities, overlapping cars and cutting through red lights provides the backdrop for a surprisingly heartwarming story of brotherhood and overcoming the odds. We follow Robbo as he tries to reignite the fixed-gear scene in Liverpool, showing the sweeter side of this underground sport which takes the viewer back to their childhood, and playing out on your bikes until the summer n
