About me
I approached Brand Design during my last year of my Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design at Istituto Superiore di Design di Napoli. In detail, some of the subjects I was mostly keen on were Brand and Communication Design. During my course of study, I developed a vision that could be summarized by one of the readings that inspired me the most, “Zag: The Strategy of High-Performance Brands” by Marty Neumeier. In the book, the author argues that in an extremely cluttered marketplace, traditional differentiation is no longer enough today; companies need a "radical differentiation" to create lasting value for their shareholders and customers.
Thanks to my strong desire to learn and work, one of my professors chose me to collaborate with him as a web designer in “Agenzia per Amica”, where I developed the social image in multiple platforms and I created corporate identities for events. I also had the opportunity to work with a lot of talented colleagues as graphic designers and video makers for national and international artists. For my attitude in Brand Design, I decided to create my final thesis-project on the Rebranding of my family’s company.
After my graduation, in order to acquire more detailed and practical skills, I decided to work in a Design Studio.
Overall, these different experiences and my passion for Brand Design have oriented me towards a career in Art Direction/Brand Consultancy in a Design Studio. In this area, strategy management and design knowledge are both fundamental to achieve successful results.
