About me
I always knew that a career in communications was for me. From growing up in Manchester, where I experienced culture and the city evolving to my time at Lancaster University studying Contemporary Art and Theatre where I learnt the power of conversations.
When I secured my first opportunity at BBC in the Press Office, I worked out that my skills and interests lay in communication and storytelling for brands. This led me to take my first role in PR at Edelman working across global brands Xbox and Heineken. My years at Edelman gave me a rounded knowledge of the communications industry, an understanding of the value of creative strategy and how to create emotive stories to engage with audiences.
I then joined Talk.Global which recently rebranded to M&C Saatchi Talk. Here I have developed my skills running global campaigns and strategies across markets including EMEA for a number of prestigious brands including HUGO BOSS, Max Factor and Pernod Ricard. As well as being pivotal in new business and agency growth. – a true passion point of mine to enable me to channel my creativity and hone my strategic skills.
I am a team player with the ability to lead and motivate client teams. Skills include creative ideation and applying a media lens to drive impactful and strategic campaigns. I have a strong understanding of the media landscape both locally and globally - which helps with the creation of campaign strategies that can drive local and global resonance.
