Currently work in the Toys Department. my job role
requires till support, VIP customer service, assisting
Visual Merchandisers, and reaching daily targets. In
recent months I have been helping assist with our
seasonal Toy events with the selfridges events team.
With the most recent being our huge FAO Schwarts
Toy launch event. Also I assist with our weekly instore
team event “Selfridges Celebrates”. Throughout my
time at selfridges I have gained a lot of knowledge
and experience dealing with customers and assuring
to give the best quality of service as well as having the
opportunities to work on my personal interest in events.

I interned at Claret Showroom as a showroom and admin
assistant. They are a wholesale agency and distribution for
contemporary womenswear fashion brands. In my role I:
- manage the showroom and made sure everything ran
smoothly when buyers came in.
- steamed new collections of clothes
- tagging
- Visual merchandise
- send samples to stylist and stores e.g. ASOS , Selfridges,
Harrods and Net-A-Porter
- email appointment confirmations for meetings
- create appointment notes
- greet buyers
- send image requests to brands and stylists for photo
shoots

word, excel, zedonk.
