Media planner duties; Discussing projects with CEO & communications manager to plan new campaign ideas, researching ideas for scripts, making decisions on the best form of media for specific sponsors, identifying target audiences and analysing their characteristics, behavior and media habits, evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns in order to inform future campaigns. Filmmaker duties; receiving a brief and creating a script & shot list, capturing footage and audio in English & Luganda, capturing stills, inputting uncut rushes and sound, synchronising and storing them into files, digitally cutting the files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what is usable, searching through archive data for additional clips. Skills/achievements: massive increase of eoi’s from prospective adoptive parents, campaign clip acknowledged and shared by World Adoption Day media resulting in increase in page interest. Photography assistant duties: Setting up photography equipment, ensuring studio and acts are running to schedule and detailing acts movement on comms. Digital duties: Branding key areas with social media logos, assisting with virtual reality rig and with the filming of virtual reality tour. Administrative duties: Ensuring all acts completed questionnaires are logged in database, creating cue cards for presenters and creating coaches name cards for photography shoot.
