• Overall control of projects and reporting to higher management. • Work with global clients on global projects with multiple deliverables. • Support the development and implementation of the firm’s sales and marketing strategy. • Deliver revenue, growth and enhance the brand internally and externally. • Support the development and implementation of the firm’s market strategy. • Drive the overall creative standards on the firms highest profile creative work. • Mentor team/colleagues of designers and help shape key deliverables across a wide variety of channels and the brand. • Create and manage high value, impactful campaigns across different channels, enhancing key messaging to bring projects to life. • Manage key stakeholders and sell ideas and manage clients and projects to the highest standards. • Share knowledge, resources, experience, processes, creative ideas and suggestions across the group and team.
