Jagoda is Croatian Writer/Director and Actress.
After finishing her degree in Dramatic Acting, she moved on to a Physical Theatre and Dramatic Corporeal Mime and was awarded a scholarship to attend the RCS (Shakespeare and Greek Tragedy course). Beside theatre, she was part of Zagreb Film Festival, Palunko program where she was mentored by Dalibor Matnic in scriptwriting.Moving to London, she became part of the Young Vic Director Program and wrote & directed a play called Puggo's Dreams.
Some of Jagoda's recurrent themes are absurdity, surrealism, humans bearing the forms of animals, and a constant discourse on death - a recurring memento mori drawn from her own experiences.
She is currently developing an absurdist comedy, Coco, around the mysterious death of a beloved chicken, and the dramatic play Dumb Man, which talks about acceptance, struggle, and denial.
