    Nespresso - Maria NovellaItalians love their coffee, they’re very jealous of it, they don’t want outer people trying to sell it to them. It’s about traditions, it’s embedded in the culture, in grandma’s perfect trick to get a strong black coffee in their old Bialetti. Then how could we position Nespresso inside a country with such a strong coffee culture? We relate to their symbols, like the beautiful Maria Novella in Firenze. Came up with this while studying a 2 weeks course in The University of Florence, so I went out there to take some pictures.

    Client: SEAT (Volkswagen Group) - Global Account •Lead and supervise the digital implementation of global centrals campaigns with +30 markets to assure brand consistency, followed by ad hoc reports through a complete analysis on KPI facts, results, key learnings and future strategies with SEAT Digital Country Coordination. •Attending daily needs of local markets, both for the creation of ATL materials such as: TVCs, Prints, Radio Spots, etc. As well as Digital, both on Purchased and Owned Media: Tactical Banners, Pre-Rolls, Web Banners, Social Media Posts. Analysing their proposals, taking into account the central brief for each campaign, the resources available, and the special needs for each market. •Conducted a brand analysis corresponding to EU5 markets: Brand Image & Awareness, Customer Profile, Competition Benchmark. Identified positioning amongst competitors, and several strategic actions that could be taken in order to improve these indicators. •For the development of a seasonal campaign (Winter), I carried an in-depth competitor analysis. I identified what they were doing, and classified these into several categories, regarding the intended positioning. I proposed an initial strategy combining our concerning car models, their general positioning, and a new approach to snow. Highlights: • Paris Motor Show 2016: Owned & Social Media, strategic coordination and follow-up reports with over 20 markets (Europe, Latin America & Africa). Key Learnings: International brand management, Campaign’s development and implementation processes, Brand consistency, Automotive industry, 360º View, Project management and prioritizing, Face-to-face and virtual team work.
