- Sole writer for food and wine as well as copy for hospitality, marketing and the loyalty programme. - Creating copy for the launch and continuation of the rewards programme including quarterly redemption periods, monthly loyalty offers and ad hoc promotions across the app, emails and online features. - Create engaging copy for the Food and Wine weekly homepage on the UK, Hong Kong and international websites. - Produce concepts and copy for all food, wine and restaurant emails based on trading statistics, seasonal themes and notable products suggested by the buyers and sign off all the aforementioned projects. - Worked closely with the marketing and design departments to create on-brand copy guidelines and menu templates and copy for all eight UK stores. - Produce copy for hospitality assets, ranging from seasonal offers to exclusive supper clubs and branded terrace takeovers. - Sub-edit content across menswear, womenswear and beauty editorial.
