About me

I’m Jake, and I am passionate about helping others tell their stories through the medium of video. I am a creative thinker who excels throughout the lifecycle of a campaign/production. Well practised in my discipline, I am not daunted by the challenges that arise, seeking each production as a new opportunity to develop as a creator. Since starting up my own business (Dapper Dog Productions) I have been fortunate enough to work on projects for the likes of Nike, Panasonic, Team GB, Asos and Bookatable, whilst also working with some really exciting small independent businesses. I am at heart: a team player; a collaborator; a peoples person; a bounce of an idea kind of guy! I am always looking to work with like minded people who want to create the best content, as I see this as the best way to further my development as a creative.

As part of Team GB's marketing plan for the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics, a FB LIVE competition was created with their partners Panasonic. Having worked closely with the marketing team at Bookatable on previous campaigns I was asked to deliver a series of video manipulated stills that would be used as part of their marketing plan to increase app downloads. The project offered creative freedom from concept creation through to delivery, allowing for a variety of different editing techniques to be used, including; Parallax, Cinegraph and 3D-Stereoscopic GIF's.
