About me

Hi, I'm Jake and I’ve been an animator in one sense or another for over a decade. I’ve worked as a senior motion designer and character animator for creative companies in San Francisco and London. EVB, Cobra Creative, MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOF-FER and AKQA in San Francisco. Leagas Delaney, Blue Zoo Animation, Karrot Animation, Jellyfish Pictures and Mosaic Films in London. I've worked with some great people and clients, like The BBC, Adidas, Nike, Xbox, Adobe, Levi's, Patek PHilippe, Ecco, Microsoft, Audi, Jordan, Google, Autodesk, Sandisk, Asics, HP, Clif Bar, Anheuser-Busch, History Channel, Target, and YouTube. I currently live in Brighton with my wife and our two young children. When I do have spare time, I build things in VR, paint outside, and love learning how to make new stuff. I'm available for full time or freelance opportunities. And lunch. Always available for lunch. Expert user of: Adobe suite. Cinema 4D. Maya. CelAction.

  CG Product Shots
• Canon IristaA film to introduce and promote the app, in concept stage, to the Canon team. I took this on with no interface or design elements. So we got creative; keeping it abstract with simple design and small appealing interactions.
• Ecco Sport - Amrap FilmI art directed the shoot for both the film and stills. All done and dusted in 2 very long days.
