- As an Assistant Manager covering 15 different stores I work directly in a customer facing role dealing with members of the public and manager members of staff.
- Supporting staff through personal coaching and development with a responsibility for staffing, administration and health and safety.
- Liaising with contractors to ensure store refits are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure sales targets are met and confidential sales forecasts are implemented and kept private.
- Communicating with managers, team members and the public to ensure sales targets are met and excellent customer service is provided.
National Olympic and Paralympic Committee Assistant

- Supported a team of over 160 Thai Olympic and Paralympic Athletes who were competing in Rio 2016.
- With a responsibility for booking training facilities, meetings, providing kit and transportation.
- Accompanying Athletes to training and competitions, providing refreshments and schedules.
- Organising transport for athletes and delegates to competitions and ceremonies and guaranteeing arrival to live televised events.
- Accompanying VIPs to interviews and functions whilst liaising with the Thailand Embassy in Brazil.
