This role operates within the Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for five administrative staff across two centres, managing the daily operation of both sites. Administrator
     - Adelaide, AustraliaFull Time
This role was responsible for daily office coordination and provided high-level administrative support to mental health clinicians, general practitioners, psychiatrists and other allied health providers. In addition to this, it provided ICT support for a team of 10+ staff; managed social media accounts and website content; provided executive and stakeholder support to consortium and community partners; assisted with marketing and social media campaigns, generated clinical information resources and designed promotional collateral for print and digital media; managed projects and assisted with community events. For example, I was involved in the planning and promotion of the National Youth Week State Launch event and coordinated staff and volunteers on the day; due to the high-calibre nature of the event, there were more than 400 people in attendance and nearly 30 volunteer services involved at the half-day event. As a result, I was also seconded to independently project manage and coordinate SAFKI Medicare Local’s AGM, new facility opening and ‘Partners in Recovery’ program launch event which hosted in excess of 100 people.
