Supported the event producers with pre-production and live events, including tasks such as sourcing items, attending site visits, contacting suppliers, production packing, and post-production inventory for events such as Dior, Mejuri, Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin, Jean-Paul Gaultier, and The Organic Pharmacy Assisted the admin executive with finance-related tasks such as invoice chasing, refunds, and bank liaison, setting up trade accounts and budget reconciliations
Worked onsite at events for setting up, live, and derig that included: store opening launch week, mailers, press, and influencer dinners, product launch, influencer trips
Managed the set up of the new studio, including inventory, furniture orders, carpet installation
