About me
I am a professional London-based writer and editor. I recently worked as Editor of Man About Town, a long-standing culture and fashion magazine with a large international audience. This came after a year-and-a-half of freelance writing for Man About Town, as well as its sister publications Wonderland and Rollacoaster. Alongside this, I am a professional comedy writer, performer and actor. After leaving the University of Cambridge with a degree in English in 2018, I worked in education, specialising in supporting students with Special Educational Needs. I also worked as a private tutor, with students of all ages and abilities. I am a dynamic and adaptive individual, as well as a proficient writer and editor. I have worked in a wide range of roles and industries, and am excited to take on more freelance roles! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

     - London, United KingdomFull Time
I was Editor of a leading men's fashion, arts and culture magazine and was responsible for all textual elements within the magazine. I worked closely with contributors, photographers, publicists, stylists, agents and talent in the UK, Europe, New York and LA. I also interviewed the likes of Andrew Scott and John Legend. What's more, I helped coordinate the magazine's significant social media presence ( >200k Instagram followers) and regular mailing lists. I also wrote for Man About Town's sister magazines, Wonderland and Rollacoaster. I relished the opportunity to work within an intense and forward-facing creative environment, and am excited to build on the skills and experience that I honed while editing Man About Town.
