About me
I am a creative problem solver with experience working in Agile teams, able to comfortably tackle problems with a broad understanding of design across disciplines. I have worked with teams globally, specifically within Europe, building strong relationships to deliver tested products with demonstrable ROI. I approach projects analytically, to be human centric and research driven and have gained the skills to consistently deliver results from project conception to realisation.

    UX/UI DesignerSamsung
     - Chertsey, United KingdomFull Time
At Samsung, I have worked in multiple departments, before specialising - working as part of a consulting team building dashboards for Samsung Electronics UK. At 6 months I transferred to European Customer Support. Here I worked closely with the product owner, a team of developers and quality assurance to deliver digital solutions - improving the customer experience while reducing cost to company caused by customer contact to support channels. During my time as part of this development team I have worked with Samsung European stakeholders to test and build multiple support pages in 15 languages. Specifically the Repair page, Product Help page and Samsung Contact Us page in Italy, Mexico, The Philippines, Australia, Russia and the The Netherlands. I am responsible for the development of a team project style (both visual and practical) that was adopted by the countries we worked with. In addition, I brought user testing to the fore to ensure improved functionality - running workshops and monitored testing of products before release.
