About me
I'm a designer. I want to make the world a better place for as many people as I can. I have been inspired and energised by the potential of design since I was 8, and now create pioneering experiences for people everywhere that enrich, educate and bring wonder. I work to help clients become the companies they aspire to be, so they in turn can transform moments for their customers. I'm inspired by talent, by nurturing teams, enabling them to create the best work of their lives. I lecture and speak and do what I can to help the next generation be better than I ever was. Ultimately, I design. - I co-founded AKQA with Ajaz Ahmed and creatively led the company for twenty-years, seeing it grow to become the one of the world’s most respected design agencies producing extraordinary work for clients like Nike, BMW, Warner Brothers, Audi, Heineken, XBOX, The Coca-Cola Company and Disney. When I moved on, we had over two-thousand skilled practitioners working from fourteen offices around the globe. - I joined Native in December 2016 as Chief Creative Officer. Made up of an ensemble team of engineers, materials scientists, researchers, experience designers and strategists, Native transform clients' businesses from aviation and healthcare to next-generation automotive and consumer electronics, through compelling, holistic, user-centric design. - I also founded the custom motorcycle brand Death Machines of London. We've been featured in GQ, Highsnobiety, HypeBeast and Esquire, and were awarded 2018’s best motorcycle design by international architecture and design magazine DesignBoom. So that's pretty cool.
