I hold a key role working as a team member to sell tickets, replenish stock, serve food and drink and manage the till. I provide customer service to deal with enquires, offer customer support and help resolve customer complaints.

I worked to provide customer service and sales-focused assistance over the phone. Duties included data entry, processing online orders and assisting with customer enquiries. Using the in-house database and online software I processed daily orders and managed stock levels. I liaised with the florist on a daily basis to ensure correct dispatch of orders and coordinated appropriate delivery methods.
